Shipping and Returns

After your payment is verified, tracking information will be sent to the email provided. Please note that we do not ship any order during the weekends or Holidays. Shipments are sent from one of our facilities in Florida or California. Transit time will vary based on shipping carrier and shipping options. ZINVO is not responsible for shipments that are lost or stolen after being delivered to the address listed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

ZINVO is not responsible for any customs fees for international orders. ZINVO is not responsible for shipments that are lost or stolen after being delivered to the address listed.

DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and receive a full refund or exchange that product for another. However, we do extensively check the quality of every product prior to shipment. You may be charged a fee upon returning if ANY of the original packing is missing. A $30 fee will be charged for a strap replacement fee if the watch has been worn. We accept returns within 30 days of the date of receipt.  Any product you return must be in perfectly salable condition in the original packaging and unworn for a full refund. If any of the original packaging is missing such as the protective stickers, protective sleeve, cleaning cloth, or warranty card, you can be charged additional fees. This would be taken out of your refund.  Made-to-order items are not returnable. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you as we complete the return process. Please note - shipping cost is non-refundable. To check the status of an existing return, or to initialize a return, please contact us.

  • Pre-paid shipping label available for all domestic returns.  Email info@zinvowatches.com to initiate your return. *only ONE label will be issued per return.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the product at Zinvo HQ in Los Angeles. 
  • Shipping cost is non-refundable
